Return Eligibility
Most items may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.
The following items are eligible for store credit only:

* Truly Custom pieces
All returns must be approved in advance and require a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please contact our customer service team through the contact options listed on our Support Page.
Once your return is approved, you will receive:
A prepaid UPS return shipping label
A Return Authorization (RA) Number
RA Numbers are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance.
Preparing Your Return
To ensure smooth processing, please include:
All original packaging
The return packing slip
Any diamond grading certificates or documentation
If the diamond certificate is not returned, a $100 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Place the jewelry securely inside its original jewelry box. Then place the jewelry box inside a shipping box (either the original shipping box or a UPS-provided box). Seal the package carefully and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside.
For security reasons, please do not write “jewelry,” “diamonds,” or similar descriptions on the outside of the package.
Shipping Your Return
Returns must be dropped off at a UPS staffed location. We do not recommend using UPS Drop Boxes or non-UPS staffed locations.
Please obtain and retain your UPS receipt as proof of shipment and insurance.
If you choose to use a different carrier, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We strongly recommend shipping with full insurance, signature confirmation, and delivery tracking. Seyaa Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow standard processing time depending on your payment provider.
